The enrolment page

An enrolment is one place a student has in a class. The enrolment page shows that place in detail.

Open the enrolment page

On the student’s profile, open the Enrollments tab. Find the place, and select Details. See Enrollments tab.
On an account holder’s Students tab, select View More on the place. See Students tab.

The View Enrollment page opens on the Overview tab.

The student’s name, and the register’s status. For example, Active or Archived.
Student ID and the student’s Account Holder, with their email address. Select an ID or the email address to copy it.
Scheme: the award scheme of the register.
Ability: the student’s score in that award scheme.
Started or Starts: the date the place started, or the date it starts.
Enrollment ID: the ID of this place. Select it to copy it.

Select View Student Profile to go back to the student’s profile.

Item	What it shows
Day & Time	The class days, and the start and end time.
Location	Where the class runs.
Next Lesson	The date of the student’s next lesson, from today.
Instructor	The class’s main instructor.

Score shows the student’s latest score in the award scheme. The chart shows how the score changed over time.

The move request for this place. From here you can create a move request, or edit the one that is open. See Create a move request from the enrolment page.

The levels of the award scheme, in order. Each level shows how many skills it has.

Select a level to see its skills, and the points each skill is worth. On a small screen, choose the level from the list instead.

When the award scheme has no levels, the tab shows No award scheme levels configured.

Problem	Why it happens	What to do
Next Lesson is later than you expect	There is no class on some days, for example because of a class closure.	Check the register’s daily view for the class. See Class closures.
The Ability score is empty	The student has no score in this award scheme yet.	Check the student’s ability response on their Waiting Lists tab. See Manage an ability response.
Details is missing for a place	The place has ended or was cancelled. Only current places are listed.	Check Trial History and Offer History on the student’s profile.
