View a register's waitlist
The Student Waitlist menu shows every active register and how many students wait for it. From there you open one register’s waitlist to see and manage its students.

See all registers
Section titled “See all registers”- Select Student Waitlist in the main menu. The Student Waitlists page opens.
- Check the list. It shows 10 registers per page, with these columns:

| Waitlist ID | The register’s ID. |
| Register | The register name. Select it to open the register. |
| Award Scheme | The award scheme the register uses to score students. |
| Total Waiting | How many active waitlist entries the register has. |
Archived registers are not listed.
Open one register’s waitlist
Section titled “Open one register’s waitlist”- On the Student Waitlists page, select View on the register’s row. The Viewing Waitlist of page opens for that register.
- To find a student, type in Search Waitlist.
- To sort, select a column heading: Student, Account Holder, Score, Added on, VIP, or Purgatory Strike Count.
Each row shows:

| Account Holder | The main account holder’s name and email. | Select the name to open the account holder’s profile. |
| Score | The student’s current ability score under the register’s award scheme. | — |

| VIP | VIP or Non-VIP. | Select the badge to switch it. See VIP and purgatory strikes. |
| Purgatory Strike Count | None, the number of strikes, or Maximum. | Select Set to Max or reset. See VIP and purgatory strikes. |
| Response Snapshot | — | Select Manage Response to see the answers behind the score. See Manage an ability response. |
| Action | — | Select Edit Preferences to change days, times, and the earliest start date. See Edit waitlist preferences. |
When the register has no students waiting, the page shows No students found…please add students to this register’s waiting list.
The waitlist on a student’s profile
Section titled “The waitlist on a student’s profile”You can also see one student’s waitlist entries on their profile, in the Waiting Lists tab. Entries are grouped by award scheme, with the student’s score for each. Each entry has Edit Preferences, Find a match, and Manage buttons, depending on your access.
