Swimio overview

Swimio helps swim schools manage their daily work in one place. It brings classes, schedules, enrolments, and student information together so staff can work from the same information.

Swimio supports the main work involved in running a swim school:

  • Organise registers, recurring classes, and their schedules.
  • Enrol students, manage their places, and keep a waitlist for full classes.
  • Handle move requests and hold reserved seats for specific students.
  • Find suitable classes for students with smart matching.
  • Keep track of the enquiries account holders send about crash courses and private lessons.
  • Manage account holders, students, class closures, and session changes.
  • View reports, review system logs, and control what staff can see and do.

The features available to you can depend on your role and your organisation’s Swimio plan.

This documentation is written for Swimio customers, staff members, and support teams. It uses plain language and everyday examples, and follows the same menus and labels you see in Swimio, so you can match each guide to what is on your screen.

The main documentation sections follow the navigation you see in Swimio. For example, help for registers is under Registers, and help for move requests is under Move Requests.

Each section may include:

  • An overview of the feature.
  • Step-by-step instructions.
  • Business rules and limitations.
  • Solutions for common problems.

The On this page navigation shows the sections within the page you are reading.
