Module Settings overview
Module Settings holds the building blocks the rest of Swimio uses: sports, award schemes, locations, staff, instructor covers, class closures and your company’s own settings. Select Module Settings from the main menu to see them.

The order to set things up in
Section titled “The order to set things up in”Some settings need others first. For a new company, work in this order:
- Company settings: your business details, working days and booking windows.
- Sports: add each sport you teach.
- Award schemes: add at least one award scheme for each sport, with its levels.
- Locations: add each venue, and choose the sports taught there.
- Staff: add your managers and instructors.
- Registers: now you can set up a register. A register needs a location and an award scheme.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”Your Swimio plan limits how many sports, award schemes, locations and staff members you can add. When you reach a limit, Swimio shows a message that starts with Quota exceeded for and does not save the new item.
